Vanilla Circus have been using ChatGPT since late 2022. We love it, you love it, let’s make it better 😛😛

Vanilla Circus have used ChatGPT since 2022 and love it — but we see room for improvement. Features like yes/no buttons, an instant Stop, delete last entry, and auto-scroll would hugely improve workflow. Got ideas too? Send your suggestions directly to ChatGPT Support. If you have any suggestions or are we just being a bit dumb, please let us know in the comments!

1. Please add a yes or no button or icon!

Chat is always asking questions and giving options, which is correct. It would be far easier to add a yes or no next to each option, or I have to type something, voice is not appropriate in an office environment.

2. Wait button or Stop (instant stop!)

Chat is always quick on the mark, the second part of the above “That way I can review ……” I know this and wanted Chat to wait patiently. Stop. The stop button needs to work much faster; it’s frustrating when Chat goes wrong and I can’t stop it.

3. Delete Last Entry

Delete the last response or output. It’s hard getting ChatGPT to go back to a section, and sometimes you just have to open a new window and copy and paste. UGH.

4. Follow and Scroll

This is a must-fix; Gemini does it with a loading window. When Chat is coding an answer, it does not scroll as it writes. The number of times we have tried to copy incomplete code is amazing and very counterproductive. I know it flashes green and black, but this is not really workable.

Number entries or replies

Often I want Chat to do something to a previous reply, if each was numbered, it would be an easy reference point
